HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Register
to receive the Commando Jeans email news and you are automatically
entered to win. Unsubscribing your name from our email news removes
your name from being in the pool of names eligible to win the drawing.
Every month one (1) name will be drawn from the pool of names eligible
to win and that one person will be notified that they have won either (1) pair
of Commando Jeans or (1) Commando Jeans Tee-Shirt.
WINNING:
Winners of our Monthly Give-Away will
be notified via their email address with the announcement: "YOU HAVE
WON (1) PAIR OF COMMANDO JEANS" or "YOU HAVE
WON (1) COMMANDO JEANS TEE-SHIRT".
Winners will be instructed to claim their prize on our website (www.CommandoJeans.com). Prizes not claimed within
90 days will be forfeited. The maximum amount of Commando Jeans or
Commando Jeans Tee-shirts you can
win in any calendar year will be 12. Limit, one (1) per email
address per month. The winning prize award will be sent out in one
shipment. The winner can select
their style and size at (www.CommandoJeans.com). The monthly value
is based on the (1) pair pricing of each style of Commando Jeans and
the (1) piece pricing for a Commando Jeans Tee-Shirt. Any
domestic and international shipping charges, duties, taxes and sales
taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Anyone
who is referred to Commando Jeans and this Monthly Give-Away Drawing
can enter a "Referred By" email address in the online entry
form. This will add the "Referred By" email address multiple
times to drawing pool and increase their odds of winning. To be added multiple
times from referrals, the "Referred By" email address must have already
been entered and received in our system. This does not
increase
the number of email announcements they will receive. One
referral
equals the original entry plus one ((2) total) in the monthly drawing pool.
Two referrals equals the original entry plus two ((3) total) and so on.
LIMITATIONS:
All claims
subject to verification. Material submitted becomes property
of Novatus, Inc. and will not be returned.
If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more winning prizes are awarded or distributed, or more prizes are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. In no event will Novatus, Inc. be obligated to award more than the maximum amount of prizes awarded in any calendar year of 12.
If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of a prize, you are not eligible to claim a prize.
Monthly drawing are open to everyone 18 years of age and over, except employees of Novatus, Inc., participating retailers, their respective parental companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, wholesalers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each.
