UCITS funds’ exemption from producing a PRIIPs KID extended

The UK will extend the exemption of UCITS funds from producing a PRIIPs KID for another 5 years to 31 December 2026. UCITS fund providers can continue producing a KIID, following the UCITS Directive, for the time being. For more information, please see the HMT’s announcement.
