Andrew is a co-founder of Novatus. He has more than 20 years’ experience working in risk across all major financial services sectors. He has held several senior risk positions including the Group CRO for the Enstar Group and Head of Front Office Operational Risk for Vanguard. Andrew also led Risk teams at Prudential and M&G.

Whilst working at Deloitte, Andrew led risk framework development and implementation for banks and asset managers in both London and New York. He started his career in Terrorism Underwriting at Hiscox and holds a Master’s in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
